IT is a collaborative partnership of the three IT units within AUCA, all dedicated to delivering world-class service and technological solutions in support, research, teaching and learning and administration.
IT Department manages the AUCA’s network and communications infrastructure, as well as campus data center facilities. In addition, IT Department provides a wide range of technology services and related applications that support campus research, learning, teaching and advanced patient care. These include telecommunication systems, research computing infrastructure, web hosting and development.
The Help Desk provides support for technology-related problems or questions from the AUCA Community. Help Desk representatives work to resolve your issue quickly. If we can’t solve the issue, we route your information to the appropriate person or department, or assign a technician to contact you and address your problem.
The Office of the Chief Information Officer provides mission aligned information technology vision, leadership, management, services and support. The OCIO is led by the Chief Information officer (CIO) who reports directly to the AUCA President. The role of the OCIO is to provide an organizational structure for delivery of information systems that carry out the missions of AUCA and to provide infrastructure for the systems that support those missions. OCIO is guided by its associated governance members which set priorities and budgets based on organizational values.
